Before You Arrive

Wait for appointment confirmation.
Bring valid government-issued identification.
Bring any relevant confirmation emails or invoice references.
Arrive at the confirmed time.
Do not arrive without a confirmed appointment.
Do not bring additional firearms or items that were not discussed or approved in advance.
Do not bring prohibited or restricted items.
Address provided after appointment and transfer confirmation.

Transfer Pickup Preparation

Wait until Badger Forge Firearms confirms the item has been received and is ready for next steps.
Bring required identification.
Bring any required invoice, order, or transfer reference information.
Be prepared to complete required paperwork and background check steps.
A transfer is not complete until all applicable legal requirements are satisfied.

Gunsmithing / Parts Work Preparation

Submit details about the requested work before arrival.
Wait for confirmation before dropping off an item.
Work does not begin until the request is reviewed, the item is accepted, and next steps are confirmed.
Estimates and timelines may vary depending on project details.
Do not bring items for service without confirmation.

NFA Appointment Preparation

NFA-related steps require additional review and documentation.
Submitting an NFA inquiry or appointment request does not complete an NFA application, approval, sale, or transfer.
Badger Forge Firearms will follow up with required next steps.
