  • Payment or invoice issuance does not complete a service authorization or override required review.

Work Authorization

  • Work does not begin until the request is reviewed, the item is accepted, and next steps are confirmed.
  • Submitting an inquiry does not authorize work, create a service agreement, or approve custom parts manufacturing.

Items Not Accepted Without Review

  • Do not bring items for service without confirmation.
  • Do not bring additional firearms or parts that were not discussed or approved in advance.
  • Requests that cannot be accepted will be handled through follow-up communication when practical.
