How Billing Works

  5. 5Any firearm or NFA transfer still requires required paperwork, identification, appointment confirmation, eligibility review, background check steps, and legal compliance before completion.

Manual Invoice Review

  • Manual invoices may be sent after Badger Forge Firearms reviews and confirms the request.
  • Payment instructions may be provided separately after review.
  • Invoice corrections or cancellations may occur if details change.

Payment Limits

  • Payment or invoice issuance does not complete a firearm transfer, NFA transfer, background check, legal eligibility review, sale, order, reservation, or service authorization.
  • Paid status does not override required paperwork, identification, appointment confirmation, eligibility review, background check steps, or applicable compliance requirements.

What To Include

  • Use the billing form for invoice questions, reference numbers, reviewed service deposits, or payment instruction follow-up.
  • Include the related item, invoice, appointment, transfer, or service reference if one has been provided.
  • Do not send unnecessary sensitive payment information through the website.
